Bridgette Hobart, CPA, MS, CITP

ERP & Operational Transformation Advisor

Multi-disciplinary Leader: Bridgette Hobart is a business and technology leader with over 30 years of experience helping organizations transform their operations through the strategic use of systems, data and process innovation. With credentials as a CPA, a master’s degree in accounting and a CITP, she operates at the intersection of accounting, operations and technology.

Modernization & ERP Expertise: Bridgette now partners with eIS Business Solutions, helping clients modernize through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. She specializes in guiding companies from legacy ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics GP to cloud‑based D365 solutions, ensuring that process transformation accompanies system change.

Entrepreneurial & Corporate Leadership: Bridgette founded Paradigm Technology Consulting in 1999 and built it into a respected ERP and business process transformation practice. After selling the firm in 2017, she shifted her focus fully to advisory work through eIS and other initiatives. She also plays a leadership role in her family company, Hobart Stone Dealers, Inc., spearheading process improvements and continuous operational enhancement.

Professional Contributions: Over her career she has led complex projects that bridge accounting, operations and technology, designing scalable solutions that improve data integrity and streamline operations. She has published articles in Strategic Finance on leveraging technology for fixed‑asset management and co‑authored work on corporate performance measurement. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the Institute of Management Accountants; she has served on the editorial advisory board for Strategic Finance.

Community & Endurance: Bridgette founded Dogged Perseverance, Inc., a nonprofit that raises funds for animal rescue organizations and community initiatives through endurance swim events. An accomplished marathon swimmer, she has completed the English Channel, Catalina Channel and Manhattan Island, earning the Triple Crown of open‑water swimming. She was named the World Open Water Swimming Association’s Woman of the Year and received the Marathon Swimmers Federation Performance of the Year award after swimming the length of all nine swimmable New York Finger Lakes (157 miles) over 11 weeks.

Education: Bridgette holds a B.S. in accounting from Nazareth College of Rochester and an M.S. in accounting from Binghamton University.
